I love the Samsung MicroWave, it looks great in our kitchen as we have both Black & Stainless appliances and the Black Stainless steel works with both types. I prefer a microwave with a ceramic inside, and the cooking power is awesome. I recommend this product for its value functionality, ease of use and good looks

This is a good microwave, but if you’re expecting to watch your food as it cooks…forget about it. Jesus take the wheel and trust the process. The door on the microwave is so dark, the light is nonexistent unless you are opening/closing the door. Other than that, it’s simple to use and has a nice clean design. Oh! And you might want to get slip pads for the bottom so it stays in one place.

Great little device to cook some popcorn or heat up leftovers. Made Rice a roni in it tonight. Make sure you have the counter space for this thing. A little on the big side for the wattage.

Excellent microwave. Easy to use. The only flaw is that the door is so dark that even though there's a light inside, the contents can hardly be seen with the door closed.

Buttons are hard to actuate. Must press directly in center to actuate. Cannot see food cooking because not enough light to see through window in door.

The light in the microwave isn't bright enough to see what's going on so he prepared for overflowing oatmeal.

This is really good. It heats up food. It also has a child lock feature on it preventing little ones from heating up their toys. Really cool features for one button cooking too.

We got this microwave as a gift for relatives. They are extremely satisfied with it so far. The black stainless model is pretty much a black model, so it fits well with their decor. It's easy to operate, and microwaves evenly. Microwaves are pretty much the same these days - this one is a little bit better.

This is the best microwave I’ve ever owned! It looks nice in the kitchen as if it came with it and I’ve lived in two different places since then. It works like a charm! Has a nice smooth finish, the timing and heating is perfect. It is well worth the price I bought it for because it seems like it will last a long time. It cooks my food thoroughly.

I like this microwave. I like the fact that you can cancel the noise when you press each button. Works really well. No complaints.

The microwave works well, and the half-minute button is convenient. But it's surface is dark inside, and it's hard to see what's cooking, even with the light on.

Had this microwave bought when I moved to new home. This has a constant sound with the glass plate inside the microwave. There is some tension on the wheels and the glass base inside making noise all the time when the microwave is running. Otherwise it works like a charm, the black color adds to the decor

If you're looking for a powerful microwave, I would recommend over-the-range or built-in models over this one. However, this is a beautiful appliance designed for countertop use, and does the job nicely, if a tad slowly. Typically I can reheat a plate of food in 3 ½ minutes at 50% power in a more robust machine. This one takes an extra minute or 60 to 70% power. Sensor settings work well. One minor complaint is visibility of controls. Unless it's very well lit, the control panel is difficult to read. The premium you might pay for "black stainless" is a little crazy, as the only portion that is stainless steel is a thin frame around the front edge.

I have used different brands and I really like Haier and Cuisinart microwaves. When I gave my Haier microwave away I was looking for a similar one. Spacious and nice looking and more importantly durable and I have found it in this Samsung. Excellent quality and good looking.Samsung never disappointed me
