We were able to get this scratch and dent for $99. Works fine. Looks sleek. Missing some of the conveniences our previous model had but we're getting used to it.

My hesitations is the buttons are hard to mash - nothing like the refrigerator, stove, or the dishwasher which are more like touch (read "tap") sensitive while the microwave is more "mash" sensitive. Also the clock color is a different hue of blue and slant from our Samsung stove model - not a bad thing, just something to think of if it matters to you. I've installed multiple microwaves as a handyman and this is by far the lightest and easiest install I've done.

Does it microwave fine - yes. Just a basic model.

The touch pads on this model aren't nearly as sensitive as they were on any of my counter-top versions: I sometimes have to hit a pad two or three times for it to register. Otherwise, I am happy with all the options and functionality.

It was not worth getting it fixed, too expensive. We looked on Best Buy and found this model. Very happy with the purchase.
