My over the range microwave died right before my kids spring break. They must have popcorn and chicken nuggets! I was able to order a new one with hassle free store pick up for the best price around. DYI install was easier than expected. We’re happy with our choice.

This microwave has far exceeded my expectations. I was expecting a few flaws and little squirks with the microwave being such a low price point, but boy was I wrong! I've had no issues what so ever, and installation was a breeze. Highly recommended!!!

I am only buying this as my 3 year old Samsung Microwave went out. If I did not have all new (3 years old) Samsung appliances, I would not have bought this. It should have lasted much longer than 3 years. My old GE appliances lasted over 20 years.

Very good over the range microwave. The fan operates nicely and is not too loud. The lighting is bit dim, but it's perfect for nightime lighting in the kitchen. Control panel is easy to use.

Works as advertised. Install was a bit of a pain, because the backing nut was broke off from the top panel. I had to rig it together, but managed to get it installed. As a microwave, it's fine.

I had same model microwave in white and since I bought stainless steel appliances - took this in SS. My old one was taken by friend and he is also happy with it. I recommend this to anyone who need microwave for basic usage.

It works well, its quiet when its running and weve never had an issue for it. But the inside is white, and a tad smaller than the microwave we were replacing. This isnt really an issue, and we knew it when we bought it. But it is why Im only giving 4 stars.

Since we were getting our kitchen re-done, we picked it up in December 2020 so that it would be ready for installation for our kitchen remodel in March. The microwave was installed in our kitchen on March 8, 2021. Once the microwave was installed, we tried to heat up some food and the noise coming from it was so loud and so obnoxious that it sounded like it was about to go out. We bought a small counter microwave for the basement for half the price and it sounds 100% better than this microwave. Due to this noise and the fact that we are on a tight remodel schedule, we will not be able to use this microwave and we had to head out and buy a new one. Unfortunately, we are also outside of the range to return to this microwave to Best Buy so needless to say that this has been a disappointment all around.

This microwave is awesome. There is plenty of space for a rack but it is not designed to be able to add a rack. That’s my only disappointment with this product. I am very pleased with it.

I missed the feature I old microwave had which was for example press the number 2, and the microwave will start running at 2 minutes. With the Samsung I have to press two zero zero AND start. But overall good microwave..

Looks nice. works as it should. Cant figure out the vent, exchast is super powerful but the suction from the bottom is little to non. Will mess with it when I have more time to.

So out of the blue my wife says she wants a new microwave. So you know what do now is get online and go shopping. Saw this one researched and I get on phone to double check they still had one in stock at my store. Marlene my sales associate helped me through, bought online easy as pie. Thanks.

All above range microwaves are the same wattage these days, so this one is no more effective than any other. It is pretty, simple to operate, and does not make much noise. Lighting for range is ample, and fan fairly quiet. It was cheap and looks good, perfect for us.

I replaced the Kenmore with this one to match the range my wife wanted. The features are a little different and it’s louder but works well. The power is higher than the other models available. Very nice looking.

Bought this to match our oven, it still shows some fingerprints, not a lot. The light is very dim, but the vent works well. All in all it’s a good microwave and it looks good in our newly updated kitchen.

We bought this right before we sold our last house. It replaced the old vent with a microwave/vent-a-hood combo. It was pretty easy to install (if you are at all handy) and it was very powerful. It cooked way better than the old countertop unit we had. Popcorn was near perfect!

I am enjoying my over the range microwave and the additional counter space it provides. My only suggestion is I wished it had a metal handle like my other Samsung appliances instead of plastic. It cheapens the product's appearance. Can we order a metal handle?

I bought this with my set. it is a very nice microwave. the door does't feel as high of quality as I thought it would, and it is a bit smaller than I anticipated. But works well, the fan, light and options are great!
