    When opened the box, the microwave have quite a few dents at the back and sides. Since the dents are not visible once installed, didn't bother returning the item. So light, it didn't have the solid feel of my prior microwave. But it works and cheap so I'm fine.

    It's very quiet when you turn it on! You can also turned off when not in use with out have to program it again.

    I don't know why you'd buy a more expensive microwave. This one was pretty easy to mount and does what a microwave should do. A lot of people were complaining that the buttons are too hard to press?!? You just press the buttons and they work, as far as I've been able to tell. Not sure what the problem is. I like it.
