This was a Samsung replacement and I was disappointed to see that the handle is a cheap plastic and the turntable is noisy. My previous Samsung micro lasted 10 yrs. I don’t think this one will do the same due to plastic handle

This microwave turns on upon closing the door ON ITS OWN. I have walked into my kitchen to find it running without being turned on. It has happened repeatedly & I never actually know how long it has been continuously running. I am on the phone now with SAMSUNG for the 4th time today! I have even spoken to a manager. I’ve been told by the service company assigned I am responsible for removing & reinstalling the microwave myself!!! I’ve paid to have my old microwave removed & this one installed already. Why do I have to pay anything to have a brand new, but defective microwave repaired or replaced??? Ironically, I understand that this issue is a repeated problem with this particular microwave!

Ironically enough a call for duty video game was also purchased and that too was defective. All items were purchased from the Best Buy at Pelham manor, on Sanford blvd.

Thumbs up Best Buy but Samsung fails.

Could have been an easy swap but samsungs customer service was horrible and frustrating. Due to Samsung induced headaches we opted for an LG. Best Buy's service was great Andrew at alderwood Best Buy was great as always pick up and delivery swap out was seamless.

I also bought GeekSquad services for removal of my old microwave and installation of the new one. While the scheduling of the installation/removal was almost a month after purchase, when I finally got the item installed, it only took about 30 minutes. Totally worth the additional cost. We've had the microwave for over a month now and we've had not issues with it.
