Not as good as the one it replaced

Best Buy was contacted and they replaced the control panel at no charge to me. Installation and service with the Geek Squad has been outstanding!!! Control buttons could be easier to push.

Owned for 9 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This microwave WILL NOT fit if your over the stove cabinet is at the end of your cabinetry ,because mounting hole are at the outside corners of unit top !!!!!! If your microwave goes past your cabinet, like mine does ( approx. 1 3/4" past upper cabinet........you have no wood to drill for screw..........so I can NOT use this???!!!!! My old GE has mounting hole offset in by 2" ......BAD design , it can only fit when you have cabinets on both sides of range.

Installer said this is a fluke but it’s slightly discouraging. Hopefully the second one coming next week works. Right now, when the door is closed- it constantly runs.

I am very disappointed since every appliance we have is Samsung. This one definitely is not a good one.
