Opened the box to find there are no installation blue prints to show me where to drill. Called the company and got the run around and was told I would have to buy them separate. The GM of the appliance department was horrible. I will never buy another Samsung appliance

Vent turned bad within a week

It was not heating the food. During the warranty period, It turned out the magnetron needed replacement. I was charged $50 for unmounting and remounting the unit. Six weeks later, it failed again. This time, I am not going to get it repaired, as I think it is a lemon. Will not buy this brand again.

The second time I used it, a loud noise came from the inside of it. I had to get an appliance tech to come out to fix it. A fan had come loose and was rubbing on the inside of the unit. The buttons on the panel are not as sensitive as they should be. I sometimes have to press them several times to get the function to work. Other than that, the microwave works fine.

About 16 months after purchasing it stops heating. I contacted Samsung for assistance and to send a service guy to fix it was almost double what I paid for it.
