Love my new microwave! I would definitely recommend!

We received this microwave which looks very sleek and nice however it doesn’t work. Installer said this is a fluke but it’s slightly discouraging. Hopefully the second one coming next week works. Right now, when the door is closed- it constantly runs.

The buttons are a bit hard to push to get things to work.

This microwave WILL NOT fit if your over the stove cabinet is at the end of your cabinetry ,because mounting hole are at the outside corners of unit top !!!!!! If your microwave goes past your cabinet, like mine does ( approx. 1 3/4" past upper cabinet........you have no wood to drill for screw..........so I can NOT use this???!!!!! My old GE has mounting hole offset in by 2" ......BAD design , it can only fit when you have cabinets on both sides of range.

Bought the Samsung microwave to install myself. Opened the box to find there are no installation blue prints to show me where to drill. Called the company and got the run around and was told I would have to buy them separate. The GM of the appliance department was horrible. I will never buy another Samsung appliance

Was excited about this open box find. It really works pretty good but it will come on by it’s self or the vent will randomly turn on and scare the crap out of you in the middle of the night.

Very good oven. So far so good, does everything well.

Brought this to upgrade my parents home, looks nice.

Its a decent mid level microwave with basic functions.

It’s not as good as I thought! Can’t see the numbers on it.. too much black on the pad..it’s noisy!!

I purchased this microwave for my man cave but have not used it yet. I did recommend to a friend and they purchased one also. They only used it a couple of times and it broke.

Have paid for installation, now the vent is not working within 10 days, Best Buy is sending a tech to repair but have to buy extended warranty due to lost confidence in the product

Right out of box the microwave disappointed. It made loud noisy sounds during operation. Sending it back

My microwave was shipped to me. When it was installed, it seemed fine. The second time I used it, a loud noise came from the inside of it. I had to get an appliance tech to come out to fix it. A fan had come loose and was rubbing on the inside of the unit. The buttons on the panel are not as sensitive as they should be. I sometimes have to press them several times to get the function to work. Other than that, the microwave works fine.

Got this after my 3rd GE microwave n 3years started coming apart at the handle. Most microwaves work well at what they do my concern is longevity. After three months this is holding up quite well ,but .

In 10 months after purchase, the oven failed. It was not heating the food. During the warranty period, It turned out the magnetron needed replacement. I was charged $50 for unmounting and remounting the unit. Six weeks later, it failed again. This time, I am not going to get it repaired, as I think it is a lemon. Will not buy this brand again.

It's ok...not great... price is good. Door is too tight... buttons need a forceful push.... but maybe that means it wont wear out soon. ?? It's a fair deal in it's price point.

Had a big dent in the side of it they took it back and I ordered another online from Best Buy different model cause this one was not in stock but the one I ordered works great

This started out as a great microwave, easy to use, setting up was easy, and everything was great! About 16 months after purchasing it stops heating. I contacted Samsung for assistance and to send a service guy to fix it was almost double what I paid for it.
