    At first this was great microwave. However, after performing a simple cleaning the microwave now heats everything to an unsafe level. The plates get so hot they crack and have caused burns on the fingers . The underlight stopped working and now the lights on the clock interface are burning out. Very disappointed in this product.

    I gave it a 4 because it was shipped to me without the turntable, but otherwise i have not had it long enough to give it a 5

    I could have lived with the poor suction and overly loud vent fan however my Samsung model ME16K3000AS over-the-range microwave failed after two years (purchased July 2017, died in October 2019).

    It's not a bad microwave I wish it had an LED light and airy the brackets they provide to mount it to the cabinet suck.

    This item was missing parts, some parts were damaged. It was a major undertaking to mount the microwave due to stripped screws (provided) that would know hold the microwave to the cabinet.

    Picked up from store took to house when I took it out it was missing all hardwear to hang it, it was already opened and put back on the self without anyone looking at it to make sure all parts were in it...very upset!!!
