I do wish the handle of the microwave was made out of a heavier material. I would still buy and recommend it. Very happy with the Best Buy's customer service when I needed help and oreldered it over the phone. Even better was the free shipping, which Home Depot and Lowe's did not offer with such a "small" purchase. Also, I installed it by myself with the help of a YouTube video. Not complicated.
