This microwave is such an improvement over my old one. I like the defrost option and it beeps to remind you to turn over what you are defrosting. Very sleek design.

The microwave is large so I have been able to fit everything in it. I wish the buttons worked a little better though. There’s no quick cook buttons but there is an add 30 second button. However after you select the add 30 second button you still have to hit start. I wish it would just go for 30 seconds when you hit the 30 second button.

Cooks my microwave dinners to the perfect temp to the specified times on the box and works flawlessly. I installed my self wasn’t too bad just need basic knowledge of man stuff and a helper to hold it up

When our last microwave quit working unexpectedly, we had to replace it fairly quickly and didn't want to break the bank. This microwave was priced perfectly and performs really well. It has plenty of options and heats evenly.

This Samsung Microwave was a great improvement from out old one. I wish the light was a little brighter and the fan had a high/med/low setting. Installation was easy and simple.

This microwave is of course 1000 Watts, not 1580 Watts as was advertised online. It works just fine though is a very basic unit. I'm annoyed that I can't just push 1 and it will heat for a minute. Instead, I need to push 1, then :, then two 0's, and then start. It does have an "Add 30 seconds" button. The Eco Mode is not worth it - I read online that it might save you $2 per year.

I purchased this microwave for three reasons, price, wattage and direct replacement for my old Samsung microwave. I am very pleased with it. Easy installation. easy maintenance and plenty of options.

This was a great addition to the current appliances we have at home. Matched the stainless steel motif on the kitchen. Didn't have any problem in installing nor operating even for a beginner like me.

THis was very easy to install. It was a replacement for another Microwave and the Salesman was very very helpful in getting me the one I wanted. They did not have it in stock but he was able to order it and it came in just a few days

replace the old GE microwave. the functions are easy and practice, especially the fans are stronger than the one on my old GE model, which is very useful when i cook chinese dish

Samsung products are really excellent quality products. We are happy not only by the fact that they do their job in an easy way (very easy to use), but also by how nice they look in our kitchen.

We had to replace our stove, so we replaced the overhead microwave at the same time, This one was the suggested match for the stove. It is very nice looking, easy to clean and works well.

Microwave was purchased to replace a relatively new off brand microwave which was in the residence when I purchased it. Old microwave had minimal options--this microwave has features I like to use!

Just purchased this Samsung stainless steel microwave for my mom to replace a really old one that she had at home. The microwave is very nice and easy to use, we are both satisfied with it.

This microWave is 3x the size of my old one, and I can’t be more glad I purchase it. It’s worth the money. I love the fact you can see you food warming up. It’s incredible overall.

so far so good. A little disappointed with the under lighting.Not very bright. This could be better. It heats well and good looking.

Easy to self install. Large inside for being a 1.6. Vent only has 2 settings and both are loud. Would not mind a 3rd setting option. Standard microwave that gets the job done.
