The light on the bottom of it quit working in less than a month. Tried to change it but feel like I'm going to break the cover. No instructions in the manual for changing it. The plate doesn't seem to fit all that well either, based on the knocking and vibrating noises it makes while operating. The blower fan doesn't have enough of a difference between the high and low settings and is crazy loud. If you have square dinner plates, they probably won't fit, ours don't.

I'm not sure if it was hit or go too hot or what. I haven't called to get it replaced yet so I'm not sure how expensive that will be. I feel like I have to microwave stuff pretty long to get it hot but it's better than our old one! Install was fairly easy, had to have two guys to hold it up. I wouldn't pay for install.

I hadn't realized it wasn't metal when I purchased it. The keypad could be a little more sensitive. I feel like I have to press harder than what I normally have had to on different models. It seems pretty strong and it looks nice. I would recommend this item if you're trying to keep the cost down. It does what it's supposed to but if it had been even fifty more than you can probably do better for your money. (Purchase price was $200.)
