I am still learning how to use it, but all the settings I have tried so far have worked great. The salesman that waited on us was very knowledgeable and showed us many microwaves and discussed the options on each that were available. We are very pleased with our purchase and very pleased with Best Buy.

Touchpad is not as sensitive as I would prefer. Sometimes I actually have to press on the pad and sometimes I have to press more than once to get it to work. I don't know if it is something with the microwave or if I am doing something wrong.

I like the clean lines on the over the range microwave. It goes right over the flat top electric stove. This is great for microwaving anything. Replaced the old hood with this one, and added a vent hookup. This is great for saving space.

I do not like the plastic handles and the red on black buttons, it is very hard to see the numbers and items to be selected from the control panel.

Works as expected; while it matches our Samsung range, the odd thing is that the handle is plastic but looks like steel. Didn't expect that.
