Came damaged

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Received the microwave box looked fine but once it was installed and put to use internal fan did not operate and door sensor malfunction allowing the microwave to start up on its own and keep running. Due to the covid-19 pandemic I realized returning it would be tough or close to impossible, so I repaired it myself,grant that I'm a facilities engineer so this was a piece of cake for me, but would not recommend Samsung for the sheer fact that it didn't look like it happened in shipping it looked to be shipped from the factory this way because the box was in good shape with no signs of damage.
