Bought for rental unit and had Best Buy install for $139. Seamless- on time - easy for him! To replace part in broken microwave was $500. This was a no brainer and as I said great so far.

The handle on this is not metal, and we knew that from reviews but it's not bad and it looks metal. The main reason this got less than stars is because the touch panel requires quite a bit of effort to push numbers.
