    I purchased my first one of these microwaves about a year ago, and it stopped working after about 30 days. Best Buy did a nice job of replacing it in the store, and the second microwave has worked well. I moved to another house recently and decided to purchase the same microwave since I knew how to install it and because it was on sale again. After installing it above my range, I was disappointed to find that the microwave does not work. It does not heat up food at all. I'll be uninstalling it and returning it to Best Buy ASAP.

    I have not used all the features yet but the auto cook auto reheat leave a lot to be desired. The cooking time for potatoes is not even close . The reheat plates is not even close it will burn you or maybe split plates.

    Within a year of installing this it started having problems. The cycle doesn't always start the first (or second or third) time you hit "start/enter". It still works but not efficiently.
