I like this microwave a lot. It looks great and cooks great. I was even able to install it myself in under 2 hours. Two things that keep me from giving this 5 stars: One - The keypad seems a bit out of order as I'm always searching for the "Start" button. It just doesn't stand out and that's the button you use most. Two - the door, like just about every microwave out there, is so clunky/loud when you shut it. Can someone design a microwave with a door that feels more substantial and opens/closes more smoothly?!

Good OTR for the price. There are powerful OTR microwaves that are worth spending a little mote, if you can.

Very pleased with the performance of this microwave. Easy to set the time and hit the button to start.I didn't want a complicated control panel and this one is straightforward. I replaced the bottom light bulb with a brighter, LED bulb. The paper sheet used to layout the mounting took a lot of scissor action to get it ready to use and it was pretty flimsy so it ripped in several places when I taped it to the wall/cabinet. The rotating plate is quite a bit smaller than the one in our old one which may be a problem with some larger dishes.

We don't use a microwave that much, so as far as I know it is cooking ok. Problems are that the "buttons" don't always respond, you have to touch them over and over. This week the handle started cracking. I have no idea why. Again, we don't use it often, we don't have kids at home slamming it around. Apparently it is just made cheap.

So far everything is good no problems Time will tell

The previous owner of our home had built in a over-the-range microwave into the kitchen island. To me, not a wise choice, but when the old one, approaching 15 years of age, had broken door, it was time to replace it. My wife thought it best to try to find a microwave that would fit the old space and though many did, this Samsung microwave seemed to be a good and economical replacement. Now that it has been in use for several weeks, I feel comfortable saying it is a solid product and does what is expected of it. Certainly, it may not have all the "gimmicks" of pricier ovens, but it has everything we need and certainly more features than our old microwave.

This microwave is one of the best I ever had! Cooks perfectly and the defrost feature works perfect! A must have!

I had pretty much the same model but unfortunately it stopped working due to Water damage from a flood upstairs cause the damage to the microwave. I was so upset because nothing was wrong until that flood. I went with what was working and not over priced,Has features my kids and my elderly Mom can understand. It has a sleek design that matches my other appliances.

There isn't a problem with this microwave, however, I'm reluctant to rate it highly since I've had 2 of these Samsung models fail in the last 5 years. They always seem to die right after the warranty runs out. I would use another brand, but brand but in this situation, I need all the installation holes to match existing. I will use LG in the future.

the delivery and install took 15 minutes, these guys were great. Microwave is good, the service was great.

This ‘nothing fancy’ microwave oven is made well, easy to use. I highly recommend if you do not use your microwave for anything complicated. Personally, we use ours for heating liquids like soup, cheese dip, etc.

Its been 5 weeks since we had this new microwave installed by Best Buy crew. It performs well, is quiet and a much needed upgrade.

It is the same size as my older model, works and have similar controls. Price was right, Excellent purchase
