It's noisier than my old one, but it works well. The guy who installed it did a good job.

We don't use a microwave that much, so as far as I know it is cooking ok. Problems are that the "buttons" don't always respond, you have to touch them over and over. This week the handle started cracking. I have no idea why. Again, we don't use it often, we don't have kids at home slamming it around. Apparently it is just made cheap.

This is a very, very, very solid OTR Microwave. Works very well with no issues or concerns.

I had pretty much the same model but unfortunately it stopped working due to Water damage from a flood upstairs cause the damage to the microwave. I was so upset because nothing was wrong until that flood. I went with what was working and not over priced,Has features my kids and my elderly Mom can understand. It has a sleek design that matches my other appliances.

The item itself was good,until i open it and notice the top was damaged, but didnt have time to purchase another one before the gathering.

I am very pleased with my over the range microwave oven. The ven is very strong even on the low setting. It looks good is quiet and works well

So far works as it should no issues of concerns looks great

Replaced a Samsung SMH9187ST/XAA purchased from BestBuy at least 10 years ago. I wanted to avoid having to cut into any of my tile backsplash so I wanted to get as close to the same dimensions as my old microwave. This model fits perfectly except that the power cord is in a different location requiring a new hole. The mounting screw holes are in the same location but only 2 screws instead of 3. I ended up just using the old bracket instead of the one with the new one. Very happy as this made my installation so much easier. Microwave is slightly smaller cubic ft wise but is also quieter. Very happy so far.

Looks like the same machine as a Whirlpool. I figured out why it was on sale. 1. of all my previous microwaves had a 10 second 360 degree turning time. 2. all my previous microwave also had a 30 second reheat button Otherwise, it is functioning as a normal microwave. I doubt that it will last as long as my first one, functioning unblemishing for 34 years then the read out became dim.

Love my samsung..and it fits and installation was a breeze

We like the look of this microwave and its functionality has not disappointed so far. The only pain in the rear that this product really has is the installation part...but that has nothing to do with its functionality. The sleek look matches our stove top oven and the vent has been better on this microwave than the one we had to replace. We are very satisfied with this product!

This ‘nothing fancy’ microwave oven is made well, easy to use. I highly recommend if you do not use your microwave for anything complicated. Personally, we use ours for heating liquids like soup, cheese dip, etc.

There isn't a problem with this microwave, however, I'm reluctant to rate it highly since I've had 2 of these Samsung models fail in the last 5 years. They always seem to die right after the warranty runs out. I would use another brand, but brand but in this situation, I need all the installation holes to match existing. I will use LG in the future.

Installation took two people and took about an hour since we had the setup and screws from the previous microwave to use as our guide and no new cutting was needed into the overhead cabinets. The reason for 3 star review is that we have a cabinet on the left side (when facing the microwave) that extends further than the microwave. Because our previous microwave was created in a way that the width remained the same when the door swung open, we never had an issue of the door not being able to be opened due to it an additional few centimeters added when the door is swung open. Since this microwave does not account for that, it caused it to stop 1/4 of a way when opened. I hacked a divot into our side cabinets to allow for the door to swing open but this is not optimal. I just didn't feel like uninstalling and returning. The buttons also feel that they need to be pushed harder than the previous microwave.

It's a microwave, works well, looks great. What more can I say? Thumbs up.

After years of loyalty to GE microwaves, a recent door latch issue led us to try Samsung. While the Samsung microwave has its advantages, including a sleek design, there are notable drawbacks: Timer Limitation: You can't run the microwave while the timer is active, which can be inconvenient. Weak Completion Beep: The sound indicating the end of cooking is weak and infrequent, risking overlooked meals. Dim Keypad Display: The display is dim, making it less user-friendly in low-light conditions. Express Cooking Limits: Samsung offers only a single "30 sec" express cooking option, limiting flexibility. Despite these drawbacks, Samsung may be a suitable alternative for those willing to compromise on certain functionalities.

This microwave is one of the best I ever had! Cooks perfectly and the defrost feature works perfect! A must have!
