This microwave is quite satisfying to use. On my older micro it ised to take longer to warm things up. But with this product it heats so quick.

This is great made my life so much better I have limited counter space so this was a perfect purchase happy with this item ..

This is our 4th Over-the-range Microwave unit in the last 20+ years. Three of the four have been Samsung 1.6 cu. ft. We like how this works, the size is perfect, the wattage works well with the food we have prepared inside it. With all the plus factors of the Samsung unit, the price is the best on the market for what is in the offering.

We got this samsung microwave as a replacement for our old samsung microwave which stopped heating. This unit looks nice, good space, reasonable price, and easy to install.

This microwave fits perfectly above my new stove, I like how it has given me more counter space and is not in the way when reaching into the upper cabinets.

Had it less then a year and the handle came right off. Otherwise a good microwave

Excellent, I love the extra power 1500 watts & high/low feature.

Overall it works and it looks good. I wish I would have read more about the features this microwave doesn't have compared to my last microwave. 1: When you set the Kitchen timer YOU CAN"T USE THE MICROWAVE at the same time? Super Annoying. 2: My last microwave you could just hit 1 for 1 minute or 5 for 5 minutes and it would just start up. This one you have to hit 1 then 0 0 then the start button. Annoying 3: I have to actually put on my reading glasses to see the button I'm looking for. The numbers and buttons are small and hard to read. 4: They have 2 fan buttons? Why? One is to set the fan speed and the other is to turn on the fan. My last microwave you hit it once it was high, hit it again it was low and hit it a 3rd time it was off. STUPID DESIGN 5: When you do use the timer it just beeps once when the time is up and that's it. So if you miss hearing it and go back into the kitchen to check on it their is no indicator other than it's back in it's clock mode. 6: The other food buttons (vegie, pizza, reheat etc...) are a total waste of time.

This product is good for cooking and heating food i recommend it

Looks great, looks and feels sturdy but the one flaw that this has is the handle. Three months and the handle broke off unfortunately.

Great price. This microwave fits the specifications the ad gave, looks great, and works well. The only problem is that it does not have the feature that stops the turn table from turning when you heat soup. This is the second one I have had in this brand. The last one lasted 12 years.

Great help with what I need . Was able to pick it up when promised. We love there Samsung appliances . So if you need anything let them know and if they don’t have it they’ll try to get it for you. If they can’t get it they will suggest something comparable . Thanks and keep up the good work.

Outstanding experience from the beginning with Gene helping me out with understanding my needs and filling them to the installation person who was great, professional, and efficient. The product is excellent, exactly as described and works like it is supposed to. I will buy from Best Buy for any of my needs, no reason to go anywhere else. If they have the products I need, they are my go to source.

Installed it myself without ever taking shop class! Included templates that made install a snap. Microwave works great! Steaks thaw in minutes, veggies cook thoroughly, and reheating leftovers is a push of a button, range fan and light work great too! Reduces smokiness and keeps the kitchen manageable while cooking. Highly recommend!

Very satisfied with our new Samsung Microwave. Operates basically the same as our old Samsung microwave. Best Buy price point was good and the technicians installed our new unit were very professional, hauled away our old unit and cleaned up after the installation to our satisfaction.

Looks nice and everything you’d expect from an OTR. Wish the light was bigger underneath but easy to install and good product so far

This is a nice microwave. The flat panel buttons are a bit difficult to push, but that is not a huge issue as it prevents accidental button pushing. Overall, I am satisfied with this purchase.
