    We've had it for 4 months and has been working just fine but then it randomly started giving us an error code on the screen that said "SE" which means there is an issue with the control panel or the touch pad possibly. We had to call Best Buy and schedule a technician to come look at it.

    Our 1st Samsung OTR Microwave lasted us 5 years! It was first replaced with the 1.7 c.u BUT the door wouldn't opened all the way because of the depth as It bumped into the cabinet. This 1.6 Fits PERFECT - overall it was a good replacement

    I love the +30 second button and use it every morning. This microwave is powerful for everyday cooking. Is it the top or the line? No, but it does a very good job with everything we've thrown at it.

    Bought this microwave because my old one had seen its final days. This is your standard microwave not offering anything fancy, but looks great and is quiet. Great little machine for the price. Even proud of myself that I could install it by myself… that says a lot.

    Needed an inexpensive, modern over-the-range microwave/hood to replace an old broken down unit in my rental property. This one fits the bill nicely. Looks good, quite a bit more powerful that equivalent units from other manufacturers, and priced right.

    I’ve only had it for a very short time but no problems. I wish the inside was blue like the old onerather than white. It replaced pretty much the same model that was only 5 yrs old but I guess that’s what is expected in today’s world.
