Works great!! But..... would be even better if keypad was back-lit, and if lights underneath were brighter so will replace if higher watt bulbs are allowed.

Once again, I was looking for a lower priced microwave because it’s not something we use very often, but it seems to have every option the more expensive ones I have so I’m very happy with it

Clean, functional design, works as expected, no complaints

great item for the price. I do not cook in it just defrost or reheat and it is great for that use. One thing I miss is the night light feature that my old microwave had, I did not pay attention that this one did not have that feature.

good microwave for the money. it doesn't have as many presets as I'd like or "express cook" for 1 - 6 minutes on keypad. buttons kinda hard to push. easy install though. I was able to use the same bracket from my old GE microwave

Microwave works well. The only complaint I have is there is no quick setting for time. You must punch in the time each time you want to cook something.

Samsung has something against lights. The fridge ice maker/water dispenser doesn't have a light, the stone keypad doesn't have a backlight and neither does the microwave keypad.

It's working well. fit into the space I had so I didn't have to do any renovations to. cabinets or wall bracket. inside is a little smaller than the old one.

This is microwave replaced a previous similar Samsung model the last about 4 years. That is not a good track record for this type of appliance but I do like how this model operates and I hope this one is a bit more reliable.

So far no complaints. Works just like a microwave should.

So far, so good. We are going on a month with this microwave and it does exactly what we need it to. The install was pretty simple and the included templates and instructions worked well. This was the lowest priced stainless steel OTR microwave in stock at the time I purchased, and I have no regrets.

Just what I needed!I’ve had Samsung before and it’s usually fine, the fist one came damaged on shipping so Best Buy got me another one.

So far, so good. I haven't hooked it up yet, but the box looks good.

I am disappointed in this microwave. It has what I am sure is a design defect. When it gets hot from the range being on below it, the controls stop working correctly. I try to turn off the fan and instead the fan changes speed. Turning on/off the light also changes the fan speed. 90% of the time it works fine but when a pot of water has been simmering for a while underneath it, the control malfunction keeps happening. I have bought two of these microwaves, both with the exact same defect. The first one went back to the store right away. When the exact same thing happened on the second unit I called Samsung, who arranged for a third party to come look at it. The third party told me I would have to unmount it from above the range for them to take a look. Well, if it's not mounted, the malfunction doesn't happen so that is pointless. When the range underneath hasn't been on for a while, it is working fine. I have already gotten the bracket in place and holes cut in the cabinetry. It's not worth it to return again and get something else which won't mount the same way. So instead of being on the phone with Samsung for another 4 hours or trying to return to Best Buy, I am just leaving a crappy review. I hope it's not malfunctioning more than it currently is a year from now. Yeah. It kinda sucks.

Wish there was backlight to see and use keypad at night.. Have to turn on kitchen light. Stop button invisible.. Now have flashlight on counter... Really?
