    This is our second microwave. The first one lasted about 4 years but it started acting up. Turning on by itself then the fans will go off without turning it on. It was creepy. I unplugged and bought a new microwave. So far new microwave has been good.

    The microwave works well however I had to replace with this one because the previous identical model had its door hinge break and it wasn't a reparable item according to Best Buy.

    Got to have cabinet over the range to put it, had to change my old cabinet anyways to hang the microwave… but love it anyways

    great item for the price. I do not cook in it just defrost or reheat and it is great for that use. One thing I miss is the night light feature that my old microwave had, I did not pay attention that this one did not have that feature.

    Samsung has something against lights. The fridge ice maker/water dispenser doesn't have a light, the stone keypad doesn't have a backlight and neither does the microwave keypad.

    Once again, I was looking for a lower priced microwave because it’s not something we use very often, but it seems to have every option the more expensive ones I have so I’m very happy with it
