    Microwave works fine. It replaced a Kenmore 1.6 cu ft microwave and opening was the same. It was great that we were able to get it on sale.

    Disappointed with the product and the delivery

    This was a replacement. The same truck that delivers the new appliance also picks up the old one, which can result in unwanted guests (pests) being brought in. I’ve lived in this house for three years, and after the delivery, pests started appearing from the microwave box. I strongly recommend picking up the replacement at the store instead.

    A poor quality appliance for a big company

    The light of the microwave stopped working within a few weeks. The fan has only one setting compared to other microwaves that have settings for high and low. Things that are done in 1 minute in ALL other microwaves can't be done in this microwave.

    Microwave works good. Only issue is that that the steam from boiling on the stove is so much that my cabinets are dripping with water, yes i have the exhaust fan on high. I reported it on 2 occasions and the 2nd time, call was disconnected and then didn't call me back. So i haven't received a response yet on this.

    17 days after purchased the door handle broke the store only allows 15 days for returns/exchange... now I have to deal with the manufacturers.

    More difficult to use than my old one. Buttons hard to push and invisible in low light. Turntable rotates in fits and jerks. Down light to stove is too dim to be very helpful. Disappointed.

    Handle breaks off easily

    Door has no button to open, only the flimsy plastic handle, which popped off after two years and costs $80 to replace. Boooooo.

    Don’t buy handle breaks off within a couple months. It is cheaply made, especially over the stove. If you’re cooking items, the steam does something to the handle and eventually breaks.

    I love it because it's a Samsung, but I have found the buttons hard to push to make it work. I have to mash the buttons several times before it will cut on. other than that it seems to work great.
