I replaced the same model that was 6 years old. My only complaint about it, is there is a slight, brief power surge at the beginning. Both models did this. Cooks and reheats well.

Powerful microwave and easy to use,however, the installation was tricky. Requires two people and ideally someone with experience mounting microwaves.

This purchase was a no brainer went with a Samsung appliance. This brand works for me it's a great line. Microwave was easy to manage as well as the buttons on temperature settings. Pricing was also great as it was on sale at the time of purchase.

So far, it’s been great. Wish it had better lighting, but overall a very solid microwave.

Wasn't real happy about our built in microwave going out just weeks of our warranty expiring, I believe it should last longer than two years and wasn't real happy that it would cost me as much to have it repaired than to just replace it altogether and have a two year warranty.. however, once making the decision to buy a new one, we were pleased with being able to pay all expenses with our credit card (no out of pocket money upfront with the unexpected repair and at Christmas time) and the efficiency of the tech who installed it.

It's a good microwave, it does what you expect it to. Haven't had a chance to mount it yet, but it's been working just fine on the counter until the day comes. 4 stars instead of 5 because I noticed that it won't allow you to microwave food while it has a timer going which is something I've been able to do in older models

Plug and play, its the experience that you expect from Samsung and can’t beat the price.
