    I got this microwave and it only lasted 3 or 4 years. I live alone and did not use it much it just stopped working and would heat nothing up even though it still turned and sounded like it worked. Disappointed. I have had on the counter models last for years.It still looks good and the fan works fine but I feel like I threw money away.

    Very similar to my old microwave, only thing is I had to figure out how to opperate it. No instructions and online there's 76 pages of theopperators manual....

    It's great for the price, just wish it was a little easier to use. Buttons are a little hard and inside revolving plate is a little small.

    This is our third microwave of this similar brand/style in the last 6 years. They tend to break in two years. We wanted to keep the suite of appliances, and the price is right. HOWEVER- buyer beware! First microwave, electronically stopped working. Second microwave, door fell off. Third microwave: the handle FELL OFF! It is less than 9 months old and we no longer have a handle.

    This product is very well designed. With it being amd over the head microwave i was looking for something easy and simple that tied the room together without crushing my budget and it does that. when watching the technician put it in, I also realized that it was easy to install, should I need to take it down. Great Product
