    Installation bracket is a cheaper design than General Electric and will cause leveling issues. Microwave looks nice, but less options than competitors and more expensive.

    Not fingerprint-resistant. Very hard to choose the times. Cook's good. Not overly noisy. Too much strength is needed to push the choices. Otherwise no issues.

    after installing an over the range microwave we found that parts were missing. when we called they could not supply the part and told me they would give me $20 back and I could try to find it on my own.

    After 10 months, it is shot. You need to press very hard to get keys to work on panel, I have never had a microwave where you literally have to push so hard. Hoping there is still some kind of warranty, would rather just buy a different microwave. I guess you get what you pay for?
