    this microwave looks nice with the rest of the Samsung set but is quite noisy. Makes a humming sound everytime you use it

    Seems to be missing some basic features. For example, you cannot run the kitchen timer while food is cooking. These were two separate functions on my old microwave.

    like it, but pushing the numbers is very hard, had this same one before and it was not as hard to push the numbers. kind of disappointed in this

    It fit the bill. I needed something cheap quickly and it accomplished the job. It isn't as strong as most other microwaves I had but it gets the job done.

    I got this microwave on sell! It works great and does everything that need it to do but it’s not fingerprint resistant.

    The oven came with a broken door latch, so we called the Geek Squad. They came right away and fixed it. It now seems to be working, but we're waiting.

    The OTR Microwave was reordered. The unit is 1" higher than my old one so the fit won't be perfect but Samsung doesn't make a 15.5" high unit.

    LED display is vert hard to use almost have to break your finger. Power setting takes too much guess work. Would not recomend this unit.

    Not Built to Last!

    I purchased this item which lasted 14 months. I started having issues with the microwave around the ninth month had a Samsung tech come out and he could replicate the issue I was having with the unit. The magnetron has since failed and I wouldn’t recommend purchasing this item unless you purchase the warranty to protect your investment.

    After ordering this microwave and installing on our own, I understand why the last microwave failed in just over 2 years. The Best Buy installer we paid literally screwed a makeshift hole into our microwave to attach it to the wall. We had a large screw through the exact place that the microwave started breaking — actually, literally melted. I find us lucky now that this did not lead to some sort of fire or other related incident. Needless to say, with a little grit, a 5’3” 42 y/o woman (my wife) installed our new microwave properly. I would like to request a refund, and if you are reading this, please consider it a request... I also value time with fam and don’t want to spend weeks back and forth for the refund. Fast forward and our new microwave has a glitch where if you open it with any time left on the clock and then shut the door again, it automatically starts cooking again. Hmmm and grr. Elena

    We got this microwave and it was super easy to install. When we went to use it, it would Only work about 1/3 of the time. It would Sound and look like it was working, but it wasn’t heating the food. We ended up having to replace it with a different Samsung model because this one was completely out of stock everywhere.
