    The inner corner started cracking after about 6 months. Getting a replacement was a hassle. I'm done with Samsung appliances

    Unexpected malfunction can always happens, but you expect excellent customer service and that does not happens. Samsung subcontracted a local appliance fixer whom wants to charge me. I did not bought the Best buy warrantee service and for that reason Best Buy could not help. DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG APPLIANCES

    You get what you pay for. Purchased on sale and glad that I purchased a warranty because it stopped working within a month of purchase

    Caution 2 warranty repair

    Has been out for warranty repairs twice. Best Buy has been great about dealing with the manufacturer but stinks removing a microwave multiple times

    I bought this to go with my oven and it was not nearly as well put together. I actually returned it and got a different model from a different company.

    Dont Waste Your Money

    I really only needed a Microwave for popcorn and to heat up left overs. When with this microwave and after they installed it, didn't work, no popcorn after 10 minutes. Called they back out with another new one in a box and that one didn't work either. Samsung build a horrible product.

    It is all plastic so anything will bend sides and bottom. The bottoms are off center so it takes several attempts to have it working.

    Bought 1st one & discovered a big dent after unpacked. Installed 2nd one & it worked for 1 week! Found the Samsung was difficult to operate ! Had to push the program numbers too hard ! Just didn't operate well at all!!!!

    Nope. Bar item. Purchased in September. Problems started in November. Purchased extended warranty till 2024. Have an ELITE membership with GFEEK SQUAD. 5th visit this Friday trying to repair this microwave. Get a replacement? Best Buy said 3 GEEK Visits required- we're on our 5th.

    This microwave sucks! Barley used and it turns on and off by itself like it’s possessed by a poltergeist. Also who designed this where you can’t have a timer on and use the microwave at the same time...STUPID!
