Good thing I got the extended warrenty

Don’t buy

WORST MONEY SPENT

Screw doesnt fit

Difficult to read buttons.

Within 6 mos this microwave died

Only lasted 3 years

Do check for all parts -- including owners manual and glass cooking plate. The one shipped to us had niether of those things, something we didn't realize until we had the microwave installed. Customer service was a bit lacking on getting us a plate and I finally decided to just find one somewhere else. Best Buy does not stock cooking plates but the other big boxes don't either. I did find a same-size plate on Amazon that was specified for other Samsung models but it works. Added $20 to an already low price but I had it in 2 days.
