Man this is a garbage microwave, I had to deal with samsung customer service which was horrible, these guys are pathetic, had a tech come out 10 times to fix this microwave gave up, just didn't wanna work and I think its a lemon anyways went thru a bunch of samsung reps and the "executive" customer service after several hours of *****ing and complaining got it to the point where I'll get a refund. Don't get samsung appliances, I have 3 samsung TV/monitors they are okay one of them is flickering its a monitor can be expected but they make great TV's

Samsung make the best microwave at this price point. You can buy then with more bells and whistles but for a reliable, quality microwave for everyday use at a great price, this is the one. Highly recommended.

It’s an OK microwave the only problem I didn’t like is if you put it over a stove which it’s intended for it heats up the bottom keys and they don’t work so if you turn the fan off it will not turn off after it heats up you have to unplug it let it cool down and then try it again

This is a nice looking and affordable microwave that we purchased to match a new stove. We are light users and I have no issues with the heating aspect of this, but the buttons are extremely hard to push so I would never recommend this product to anyone. You have to push so hard that you can hear the plastic panel creak. We waited too long and cannot return. This unit will not last without the buttons wearing out or getting holes on the panel. I can't stand it. My neighbors have a Kenmore with wonderful buttons, and even the Samsung range we bought is more like tapping a touch screen. This microwave totally blows. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more for a better product or better yet, try it first in a store. Also, the fan only has two speeds. Our last microwave fan had five. Keep looking!

After 5 months of use, it now makes a loud buzzing sound when used. Samsung referred it to A&E to do the repair, however, A&E was charging $80.00 just to put it back up.

Great microwave. Heats quickly and have had no issues with it. Have had it 6 years.

Last house I owned I bought a complete compliment of Samsung appliances. Washer,dryer,stove fridge etc. to the tune of about $5000. For two years no problem. Sold and moved to another house, in which I did the same. So now in three years I spent about $11,000 on Samsung appliances. After two years there, the washing machine broke down twice. The dishwasher broke down once, and the microwave broke down three times. I had to replace the microwave, so I bought another Samsung. Then when the washing machine broke again I replaced it for an LG. Then the new microwave went down with one week left on the warranty. It was a nightmare getting service on it and when I finally got a service person out, He left without fixing the problem.(Incompetent). Now they will no longer honor their warranty on that item. Don't waste your time and money. It looks good but absolute junk inside.

I have had no issues with this microwave. Has all the functions I would use. Nice modern look.

The 400CFM fan is outstanding, I wish the auto fan option was easier to program. Otherwise fantastic product.

This is a beautiful micorwave that fits perfectly with the samsung stove. It is a good looking combo.

The instructions to install It are hard to understand. The pictures in the instructions don't even match the product.

Everything was fine until this microwave died after about 1.5 years. Conveniently, it was a little past my warranty period. This one replaced a Whirlpool unit that I used for 15+ years. I only replaced the unit because I renovated my kitchen with new Samsung appliances. I called Samsung customer service and they advised me a of a service charge that was close enough to what I paid for this unit to get this repaired. I will not be buying Samsung appliances again. Not to mention, my Samsung refrigerator had an issue and was fixed because it was still under a warranty. This was within the first year! My new Samsung appliances were all purchased in 2015. I am really hoping I get at least 10 years... I am worried. When I move, I will be re-furnishing my kitchen with Whirlpool. It worked in the past so I feel I should just stick with what works. My 2 cents. Thanks!

I returned from vacation to find my OTR microwave running - it had somehow switched itself on and the only way to turn it off was to open the door or unplug it. Samsung customer service agreed that this was a serious safety issue and turned me over to their Claims Department. I asked for either a refund or replacement and explained that I did not feel comfortable having an appliance in my condo that is able to start by itself. The customer service rep informed me that their policy and procedures did not allow them to refund/replace my oven because my warranty expired a year ago. Over the years I have been a loyal Samsung customer - my washer/dryer (even though it was recalled I still bought another one), dishwasher, range, microwave... Buyer Beware!!!! I can only conclude that Samsung would sooner have their customers' safety compromised by risk of fire rather than replace an oven that costs less than $200.
