This microwave works beautifully and looks great as it matches all of my other Samsung appliances. The only thing I wish it had was a center rack to heat up two things at once as well as have the capability to stop the inside plate from revolving....but I can live without either of those. I really am happy with this purchase.

This is the third over the range microwave we have had in the past 9 yrs. Just seems like nothing lasts anymore. I would say we have average use for a family of six, with it mainly being used for re-heat, rather that truly cooking. Wish it had a few more "quick" preset options, but I guess you get what you pay for. So far works well and is super quiet. Only problem I have and this is not really the microwave, is every time you need another one you have to re-drill holes and mounting shelf, they should be universal. Have only had item for a month, but so far is doing well.

Nice fits my space like it was built for the kitchen

Love the beefy handle on this unit (my last over the range microwave, the handle broke and we had to reglue it numerous times -ugh!). As the family microwave is something that get's heavily used in our house it's important that the handle be strong and also that the number pad/touch pad be sensetive and easy to navigate. This unit surprised me with it's size internally and also the much faster cooking speed than my old one. We love it so far. I should mention that the digital display lighting is blue (which looks really cool in my book) but if your one of those people that has to be all "matched" ....I wanted to mention it. It doesn't show fingerprints badly (I worried with stainless that it would) and it fit straight into my old units mounting bracket and I didn't have to change anything out. We bought three aplliances (stove, fridge and microwave) this day and our sales lady nailed it spot on with what we NEEDED verses just selling me the most expensive thing in the store. She was FANTASTIC, took her time with us and actually listened to my input and "want's". I hadn't always thought of Best Buy for appliances but will say I am extremely happy with the sales service, pricing and extended warranty they were able to offer.

I'm guilty of often thinking bigger is better, but this was the only size we could make fit in to our kitchen. Luckily this microwave is great. Not too flashy but absolutely gets the job done!

Great microwave for the budget. Only thing is the microwave is very loud especially when you have the exhaust fan on.

I don't like is that it beeps too much when something is done and I can't turn the volume down. Also the door is to hard to open and close.

The buttons are balky, and it doesn't have the instant cook feature that our previous GE microwave had, where you could push a 3, for example, and have 3 minutes of cooking time. Otherwise it works fine.
