I really like this microwave and it is good value. It is only $10 more than a range hood without a microwave and it has a more powerful fan. It looks nice, the controls are easy to use and see, and power seems good too.

Bought the entire Samsung appliance package and very satisfied with the entire package. The microwave is simple to use, looks good and works great!

Controls are less than intuitive; no built-in prompts and documentation (one newspaper-size page of newsprint) is mostly cautions and warnings, without any real operating instructions. Example: During defrost, the unit beeps half-way through the cycle but keeps running. No prompts, but I finally decided Samsung wants me to turn the food over. I do appreciate the Eco setting, which turns off the clock when you're not using the appliance. Not much, but every watt saved is something. And the unit matches the range I bought.

It’s affordable and easy to install. The buttons are hard to press but other than that it does it’s job well.

Basic microwave, performs as expected. It took 3 deliveries before the microwave arrived as specified, even the last and 3rd delivery showed up with a broken dish roller.

Needed this microwave for a rental unit. It has performed well and looks great. Purchased it for a great price too.

We are in the process of renovating our kitchen. We have had good success with all of the Samsung products that we have used and believe that this microwave will be a great reliable appliance. Besides, Best Buy did a price match and gave us the best price possible.

Great service from Best Buy personnel,especially Silvia. My purchase would not have happened without her. This microwave is loaded with features with easy to follow instructions. I own many Samsung products and have never been disappointed. I would absolutely recommend this product.

Good microwave but the buttons are hard to push. It's a tab bit louder than our last one.

I purchased my Samsung microwave to in order to match my new Samsung refrigerator and Samsung dishwasher and it's stunning. The rotating plate is thick and sturdy but easy to remove for cleaning. The soften/melt button works great to soften butter for chocolate chip cookies.

I was looking for a new over the counter microwave with more power than our current mircowave. This product not only has enough power but looks great as well.

I've had good luck with Samsung, it usually makes good products. However, I can't say much about this one because it actually did not fit in the place I wanted to install it. There was nothing wrong with it, I just didn't like the way it looked, because it was too small.

I purchased this after reading a ton of reviews online and I'm very happy with my purchase. It's easy to use, easy to clean, and has such a sleek, modern look.

I haven't installed it yet to use the fan since we're waiting to remodel but yet I needed a microwave. Great deal for a basic microwave. I don't like all the extras as I never use them so this one is perfect!

I bought this microwave as part of a bundled deal, and it was well worth it. My food seems to get hotter quicker with this microwave than my previous one. We had the microwave installed right above our range, which provides a very polished and well put together look.

I like size,easy to use & heats up fast & defrost mode.

We had this exact same microwave in the house we bought and liked it. We are updating the kitchen and replacing all the white appliances with stainless steel, so that's why we got this one. Only gripe is that the buttons are a little hard to push to get a response.

I love the contemporary design look of this micro,size is perfect but the most what I value is very lightweight and was so easy to install with help of my husband.
