Second appointment successful with a pretty good Technician. Oven required new main board and the magnetron. Microwave features nothing outstanding or unusual. Matches the other stainless Samsung appliances in my kitchen. Will withhold recommendation until it runs a few years.

I think the products wattage is under rated; a bag of popcorn completed in 2 minutes or less (high power) is impressive. The exhaust fan is not super loud and moves a lot of air as it should. Easy to install instructions and mounting bracket template was included. Like anything stainless, it shows finger prints very well. The product does clean up easy and looks very attractive.
