It has some feature, it runs well, and is easy to keep clean. However, instillation was a bit rough. If you do not align the anchor screws 100 percent, you risk cross threading and creating a gap (could happen to any product). Good Unit!

The only issue I have is that the push buttons are very hard to push. They don’t register a lights touch. Instead you have to apply a good amount of pressure to set the time for use. It’s a minor but worth noting.

High output, tough buttons

It's a good appliance, fit into our tight space well enough (we installed it ourselves), and it still works. There are two things that buyers may want to be aware of: 1) the buttons are tough to press - more so than I would have expected even from a flat button interface. They just don't register a push very well, which is mildly annoying. I would have picked a different microwave had I known how difficult they would be. 2) this microwave runs "hot" so to speak. I find that on the steam-in-bag veggies (for example), I need to reduce the cooking time at least 30 seconds below the minimum recommendation on the bag in order not to overcook them. I don't mind this at all, it just means the microwave has some oomph.

Bought it to replace a GE unit that died. Didn't want to spend a lot since microwaves don't seem to last long. Only complaint is had to order and wait for delivery. Seems this is the new norm. Wanted to purchase and take home same day. No an option anymore.

You'd think Samsung would have the technology so that this wouldn't be an issue. Secondly, the fan that is supposed to suck up steam from the stovetop is so weak its ineffective.
