But, we got there! Unit heats well, nice and quiet.. buttons are tougher to press than older models, but not egregiously so. Great value, with basic features... Would recommend.

Excellent Buy with the Basic Features I Need

You just have to have an extra pair of hands to help hang the unit, once you've installed the bracket. Looks great and works great so far. If you don't need all the fancy extras and want a high quality, basic microwave, this is it.

Superb Microwave!

We love the stable rotating turntable, as other units seemed wobbly. Also enjoy not having the wire shelf that most units have. Most important was for door to open within the width of the unit, instead of swinging wide. It is easy to operate too.

It’s okay if you don’t cook much

I don’t like how hard you have to push the buttons. I don’t like the vent has only 2 speeds. I really don’t like when I use the vent while cooking on the front burner it does not work it steams up the front of the microwave and set my fire alarm off. Now mind you I also purchased a Samsung stove. I had whirlpool products before and never had this problem. I cook ever day and night so this is a huge problem for me!

On my old microwave, I can usually press the numerical numbers for it to start running. This one, it starts in 30 sec increments. But overall, good microwave

Product heats up food fast and provide convenient quick heat buttons for specific food items like popcorn. It looks nice and does not seem as loud as our old microwave.
