It took them 2 tries to install, since the first time installer got the first Microwave cross-threaded, so I had to replace a new one. After installation, everything is working as expected, I can see a couple of issues--if it is important to you: * The microwave is loud in general, when cooking, or when the fan is on * There is no one button start, when I add 30 sec, I had to push start--if the microwave is not already started Overall a good product with the price.

Good replacement for old micro

Got the micro installed fairly easily only to find out that the glass turntable was not in the box. Called Samsung immediately and they asked for proof of purchase, which I uploaded immediately to their link provided. Received a voice mail that they received the invoice and were closing the ticket. Waited two weeks for turntable and when it did not show up, called to let them know. The lady on the phone told me that the "closed ticket" was for receipt of the invoice, NOT to ship missing product and that it would now be shipped within two weeks. Still don't understand why they did not ship the item requested.Guessing the micro works ok as I have used it a few times without the turntable for small things.

Touch panel requires a rather hard push but other than that, no issues.

Awesome Microwave for an Awesome Price!

It was easy to install and I used it within minutes of finishing the project. It is simple to use. It looks good. What I really like about it is that I do not have an outside vent for the microwave so it vents inside. This unit blows up and not into my face. Very good feature.
