You have to find the studs behind the range Hardest part and then use the template to place the bracket on the wall Then screws on the top of the micro go through the bottom of the cabinets already mounted above the micro. I found this to be the hardes part. I used a large washer to secure it because I made a larger hole. the micro works perfectly. Thank you samsung.

I can count on one hand how many microwaves I've bought in my life, but at least the sales people were informative when I was making this selection. I don't like that there's only one vent setting, and I don't like that I have to push start after pushing the :30 button, but that's just being picky. It works and heats up my stuff, so "yay."

The previous popped my breaker about once a week. My husband is an electrician and couldn't figure out what was wrong. It turned out to be the microwave. It died after having it just over a year. This one does not pop the breaker but makes a funny sound just like the old microwave. I would probably go with a different brand when I buy a full new set of appliance.

While this microwave provide what we need from it, there are some things wish I knew before buying like there are some functionality that it does not have like presetting on the keypad and also, to press the keys, sometimes is really difficult, we have to press more than once sometimes. The old micro keypad was more reliable than this one.

The Samsung had a better rating by more customers so we chose this model. There are 2 areas of concern for me: 1) It doesn't have a nightlight that you can program to go on and off at dawn/dusk (or if it does I haven't been able to figure it out) and 2) the light that we have to leave on makes the unit very hot to the touch. Hopefully that second concern isn't anything we need to be worried about. We have only had it for a few weeks, so we will just keep a close eye on it.
