It works, but it has some very annoying quirks.

The buttons are not responsive at all, you have to press too hard. You cannot multitask -- if the kitchen timer is in use, you can't set anything to cook, and if something's already cooking, you can't set the timer. The fan only has 2 speeds and no fan timer. The light is ridiculously inadequate even with a more powerful, daylight bulb installed. There are no "quick cook" buttons -- if you press "1" you don't automatically get 1 minute, etc.
