    When our house was built the microwave was built into the cabinets. When it stopped working we had trouble finding the right one to fit. We are so pleased with this model and it's quieter than our original. Oh, installation was pretty easy with simple instructions and mounting templates.

    We replaced all of our major kitchen appliances at once with Samsung appliances. The microwave works fine... I only wish there was more number/key pad back lighting to read/see all buttons and keys in lower light.

    Logical clean design, great sale price. My excellent delivery team installed it and cleaned up after themselves beautifully. I was surprised how effective the under counter light and air ventalation actually works , microwave cooks fine ( I only use it to reheat stuff )

    This microwave works well. My only issues are: 1) The panel is not lit - which makes it difficult to see if you don't turn on a kitchen light. 2) You have to press really hard to enter the buttons.
