I feel like you have to press the buttons a bit to hard and I feel like the door closes kinda loudly. It looks nice and I like the blue display lights on the keyboard.

It's a microwave

My only complaint is that the "keys" are buttons hidden behind a thin sheet of plastic, much like other microwaves. I would prefer actual buttons or capacitive touch keys.

The controls were different from our old unit, and harder to get accustomed to using. The buttons take a firm push to work, but a beep lets you know they are set. I do like the eco-mode which turns off the light on the clock.

The specs were accurate and fit the propose space. The installation team arrived at estimated time and the install was performed quickly and correctly. The product was tested to insure it was operational and all packaging materials removed.

After a waste of time and money I wish I would have just bought a new microwave like this one. Stainless steel and fast and efficient - plus it saves plenty of energy I’ve noticed. Good buy.

Our only wish is that it had an extra tray in the middle of the microwave for use if you don't want to use the turntable inside.

Pretty basic operation, so you have to hit the start button on everything. Previous GE I just hit 30 seconds and it starts. Same with 1 - 9 minutes, corresponds to the numbers. Not this one, got to hit 2, 0, 0, start. Salesperson didn't tell us this.

Looked new and the instillation was easy. The more basic units are lighter making it easier to install. When I got home I realized the mounting bracket was missing. Called the store and they found me one. Couldn't ask for more.
