The only problem with the microwave you can not use the timer when the microwave is cooking. My old one from the 90's does that but not the new one.

I'd been wanting to replace the OTR Microwave for a long time and am happy I finally did. The only small complaint I could possibly think of is that the turntable doesn't turn smoothly like the old one - kind of stops/starts. So that isn't really a complaint at all. Bought Samsung to go with my new Samsung convection.

Cooks items well with one push item excellent to operate

Good for a basic microwave without bells and whistles. Make sure all the parts are in the box, however, and be gentle with the screws...they tend to fall into the panel (never to be seen again) and you will have to get another one.

Is very good for a basic microwave and easy to use

Easy to press keypad; under light is quite dim even on high but that's not what a microwave is for anyway; would prefer the :30 button to be auto Start but it's not. As far as warming food it does a great job, "done" sound not too loud nor obnoxiously long.

The microwave is super basic for 2020. The keypad doesn't light up so good luck with having to use the microwave in a dark kitchen.

I like it but there are a few options missing that I wish it had. Quick start for 1 min. There is a 30 second add on and a auto reheat feature. (Only has per plate that doesn't make sense because each plate is different)

This microwave is replacing our 15 year old GE microwave. This microwave has features that are little different than our old one, but is very similar. It works great and we'll see if it will stand the test of time. Samaung is a name we trust and we have Samsung products through our household.

Cannot comment on the quality of the microwave whether it is good or not, it was placed in a rental home. Price was very reasonable, for a sale. Easy to install when replacing an over the range micro. didn't even have to replace the bracket.

Nice black sleek microwave make sure you measure up before you install back splash can get in the way. Buttons are a little noisy

Inexpensive microwave with easy to follow installation instructions. Seems to be a quality build, although some of the panels are thin and can probably dent easily if you're not careful during unboxing and install. We've had it for a few weeks. Looks great, simple, easy to use.

It's a great basic microwave. The only con is that if you use the kitchen timer function and want to use the microwave to heat some food, the timer function stops and you will have to start over or remember the time left and start again.

This microwave worked better than expected. It heats up a few seconds faster than the one it’s replacing, and the exhaust fan is amazingly powerful. For the size of the microwave I didn’t expect the exhaust feature to work so well.

Looks good but started making noice within a week of its use. Have to return and get new one. Hope Best Buy pays for reinstallation.

This replaced my GE Profile model which lasted about 10 yrs. I hope this one last the same. Plus the warranty on the magnetron is higher than other manufacturers. The stainless is nice and handle also matches my other appliances.

This microwave was not easy to install. The screw stripped out and my husband had to bolt it in. It does look nice and works great. The turn table inside is small and does not give off much light underneath.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this microwave, so I will just leave it at that; however, if you're not mechanically inclined, you may want to have someone else mount it for you. I can do very minor handy work around the house and my wife and I were able to mount it ourselves.

No problems. Cannot shut off turntable however. Cooks as expected. Finger pressure to select choices on touch pad is quite high compared to several other microwaves I have owned or used. A bit annoying.

The function is good however the buttons are hard to press. A little small on the inside but other than that it is ok.
