A replacement for a damaged hotpoint microwave. Rated 4 because of the door handle. The door handle is made out ceramic like material which make feel fragile.

Just bought this for my condo and Best Buy did a great job installing it. Very nice product, good features, good value. Only thing I was a bit bummed on was only two speeds on the fan. But overall definitely an upgrade.

Functional, but loud fan with only two settings. Would suggest paying a little more for better quality or features.

We bought it cheaper because it had a dent in it. Works great though and you can’t see the dent where we placed it!

Microwave was simple to install and got a great price on it, the sale person was very nice and helpful. I will return for more appliance shopping at best buy and that store.

Installed myself with a little help from a friend to lift the unit into place. The microwave works great overall. On!y complaint is some of the digital buttons are hard to push for selections.

Replaced a GE microwave which broke after 13 months. Fuse blew out. GE sent me a new one which I replaced. This one blew out after 2 weeks. So I replace it with the Samsung.

I like the micro wave, however it does not have a few of the features that I like. You cannot push one button for 30 seconds, (or any for 1, 2, or 3 minutes either) I miss that. The door opens and closes very easy, the best microwave to date on that point. The turntable is a little louder than I would like, but the up side of this is that you can tell (by the lack of noise) that your food is done lol. (it's not that bad, just louder than the one we had before.)

The first one was really loud but worked awesome. We called bestbuy and they said it wasnt supposed to be that loud so we replaced it. Now it is quieter...

The microwave stayed on past turning it off. The door seemed to have a problem connecting with whatever mechanism turns it off.

A little loud, The buttons are a little hard to push. Other than those two things, this microwave fulfills my needs and looks great in my kitchen. I especially like the recessed turntable.

Love this microwave. Cleans up easy inside and out. Only complaint is that you can’t run the microwave and timer at the same time. Looks great with the cooktop though.

I was shopping for a microwave for my brother for Fathers Day and I came across a fantastic deal. I bought a great microwave, great name brand and beautiful for under $105.00! Thank you!

The microwave has a sleek design in stainless. I do not like the "time is finished" noise. It is overwhelming and obnoxious, but the overall functionality of the product is good.

This seems to work well. We've had it for about 2 months. Our only complaint is that it did not match up with the holes we made for our previous Samsung microwave so we had to cut new holes.

Only wish it was a counter top microwave, would have been great, my said she asked for a counter top, but the sales person didn't care to listen.

upon using this for the first time ,microwave did not work . had to have a serviceman come out. he replaced the circuit board behind the control display. problem fixed.

We bought 2 of the same microwaves. One for our home and another one for someone else. We are very happy we made this purchase. Very quite microwave. It defrost and heats up pretty quickly.

Purchased the unit to replace an identical Samsung that lasted under four years....control board failure. Research showed all major brands having issues/failures. Fingers crossed.

This has worked well in the space. Its a bit off with the buttons but fan, light and basic microwave functions its great for two of us.
