I have this model Samsung, though larger interior. Has worked well for 2 years, so just bought another one for rental house. Looks great with the Samsung SS range.

Even though it is mounted level, the door closes when it is open. There is a light underneath the microwave to the stove but it is dim. I switched it out with my old microwave which is the same wattage & it made a difference. I think it is the shape of the bulb. I have a Samsung refrigerator that I had troubles with since it was 6 mos. old. I will be staying away from Samsung for appliances.

The stainless steel and black combination matched the other appliances. The microwave heats very quickly. You can boil water in a mug in 35 seconds. However, the push buttons don't light up so it makes it difficult to see if you're heating up a bottle in the middle of the night. Also, you have to use apply more than average pressure on the buttons for it to register with a beep. But overall, this simple microwave works well.

Took unit to store, in Mays Landing, and they replaced unit from store stock, no questions asked. Second unit OK

I rarely use this product, as it is at my "second home". It probably gets used 5 or 6 times a week. I have taken care of the microwave so well that the plastic covering is still on the digital screen/keypad. Last week my microwave "went out" and I am unable to fix it. I would not recommend this product to someone.
