Basic unit, but good for the money!

My previous model had more fan speeds (this one only has 2) and you can't set the kitchen timer to run simultaneous with the microwave turned on heating something. The button "membrane" as the manufacturer puts it, needs to be pressed hard sometimes to register. It is stylish and great at heating but just need to get used to it a bit more.

However, with my first use, the glass plate split in half. I just warmed up my coffee for 30 seconds. Secondly, no matter what we do we cant get it to sit straight in its bracket, and kinda almost tips down in the front. Not noticeable to someone who isn’t familiar with this kind of thing, but still super annoying.
