I have been instructed by Samsung "under no circumstance use this microwave." It is 2 and 1/2 years old.

The first one died within 1 and half years. Had to buy again a Samsung because of the handle. All of my other appliances are Samsung, if not I would have bought another brand. Extended warranty with this product is a must.
