    This microwave quit working a little over 2 years from the date of purchase. I do not recommend it.

    This microwave is not functioning. Last less than a year. Is damaged. No warranty. Samsung is not good brand for microwave.

    I have had no luck with Paxton repair Services in Oklahoma City saying I'm out of their area when I live in the same city!

    I've had this unit twice. After the warranty ran out the heating element quit. The replacement is still going strong.

    I thought the buttons were for express cooking but there not. you have to push the buttons very hard to get them to engage. The warming/cooking seems uneven.
