    One of the screws for installation under cabinet was defective and we have not been able to install. Screw is not available in home improvement stores locally. I ordered directly from Samsung parts online and it is back ordered with no estimate date.

    No circulation for vent

    This microwave would be perfect except its very loud venting system does not work. There is no suction AT ALL .. if you are putting your micro over a range and you don't have a vent that goes through the roof . Don't buy this product. If you are venting through the roof you should be fine.

    Bought this to have a matching set in the kitchen. This unfortunately is missing a lot of features other microwaves have going for them. But I have gotten used to the dumbed down samsung system.

    Microwave works fine. Just like a normal microwave. Power is on par with others. The plastic handle and other pieces are total junk. Spend a little more money for something better.

    We installed this microwave on Thursday night. My husband used it on Friday morning.... Good so far! I opened it to put the dish cover inside...closed the door, and the microwave started running on its own. I unplugged it to reset it. Oh good it's off. Nope when I opened and closed the door it still will not stop running. Waiting for store to open to return this unit. I do not think its a good idea to have a brand new appliance serviced. NOT A GOOD START!

    The microwave was faulty since we bought though it was hard to figure out initially. The touch pad would stop working when wiped with wet cloth though it would start working after a couple of days. Given that this was bought during pandemic days, we decided to live with it. Now, after about a year, touch pad has completely stopped working and there are no support options offered. Very unlikely to buy and Samsung product again and visit Best Buy with such a bad customer service experience.

    I’ve had this microwave less than a year and the handle completely broke off. Although I appreciate Best Buy, I would not purchase a Samsung microwave again.

    Microwave works great. The problem is the door handle has broken apart to the extent it needs to be replaced. The microwave is barely 1 1/2 years old.
