Some reviews have complained about the exhaust fan not circulating properly . Unit comes ready for exterior exhaust. If you want to use as interior recycle air you have to open blower compartment and rotate fan 90 degrees. Good flow. If you don't do this then blower is just blowing air to a blocked exhaust.

We purchased this for our kitchen and let me tell you. This is by far the loudest appliance I've ever purchased. This is not an exaggeration I see why it's only $199.00! It's louder than my washing machine. If you're using it while cooking, there will be no conversation going on because you can only hear the fan! AND it does not exhaust smells, steam or smoke. It's going back tonight!

Served us well for 3+ years, but dead now as i write this. Runs but wont heat Get an extended warranty, or a better microwave with a longer warranty, as this one only has 1 year parts, 1 year labor

I'm please with it so far but the only thing I don't like is the handle is plastic and not stainless steel. Hope it won't turn. I'm very picky about how things look.

Worked good. Almost made it 4 years. Not sure how long they supposed to last but seems like it should've lasted longer

Very poor. Second microwave with exact same problem with hum noise. Something to do with door latch. Poor quality. Don't buy this product ever.

This microwave did not last 3 years. In the first year, the plastic handle broke. Samsung warranty came and replaced the door (handle included). Months later, the handle started to break again and this time it wasn't under warranty. Eventually, most of the buttons stopped working and we had to replace the entire microwave.

It was a great buy, easy installation and I got my order 4 days earlier then they expected!!! Over all 5 stars!!!

I'm not really sure if this or the dishwasher, that was turned to scrap is actually the worst product ever. Installed the microwave over top the stove and it worked okay for 1 week. When you touch the handle or the bottom of the door it turns on by itself. Oh great more repairman out to the house (dishwasher disaster if you look up Samsung dishwashers). ONE WEEK use. I call for repair and they tell me I have to take it down off the wall. Are they going to pay me to have someone remove it and put it back up because I certainly cant do it. Let me tell you why NOT to buy this thing. Samsung appliances are gargage and cheap. TRUST ME PLEASE!!!!! The microwave is loud and obnoxious. The fan doesnt even suck up steam. The stove top light is dim. Who wants a microwave that actually turns on by itself. I wish they would just give me my money back for this junk

So i bought this microwave along with a saumsung stove back in Oct 2017 when this microwave was still under manufracturing warranty the handle broke off and they wouldn't want to replace it because it was "cosmetic". so now this microwave 1 year and a half later does not work the control panel isn't working at all. and just like other reviews i had replaced my 10 year old appliances with this junk. and let me add samsung has also replaced the control panel on the stove i purchased and today and tomorrow geek squad is coming over to look at my samsung washer and dryer. stay away from samsung, they should just stick to building electronics and not appliances

Do not buy this microwave! I bought this in 2018 and it is defective. It powers on by itself. I have walked in to the kitchen with it just running and no one turned it on. It’ll also start running when you close the door. It’s of course out of warranty. I called Samsung, and they referred me to a repair company in my area. It’ll most likely cost as much, if not more to repair it as I paid for it. Very disappointing since it’s not anything we did. Just a poorly made product. Needless to say I will not be buying anything more with Samsung. A microwave should last more than 3 years.

Once the microwave is out of it's 1 year warranty, these things don't last. We opened the door and the microwave started, until we closed it again. I saw this as a safety issue, however, Samsung did not stand by their product. I under stand that it's out of warranty, but they are built for looks, not durability. Not to mention what's wrong with my Samsung dishwasher or refrigerator. I will not buy Samsung again, try a different brand.

Worked great. Died after 4 years. Tripped the breaker while in use one time and never came back on.

The handle is very cheaply made and it was broken within a few months. I don't even have kids who hang on them so I can imagine it would've went faster if I did.

I bought this after returning a GE the previous day for the same reason. The keypad is maddening . You have to make a point of concentrating on each button ; pushing harder than I had to on a previous Samsung counter top model I had. I wouldn't recommend this but I realize they're all the same so it doesn't matter what you buy . You couldn't buy quality even if you wanted to these days
