This was easy to install, quite fan when you have it running and cooks food evenly compared to other microwaves I have used. I would recommend this microwave.

Got this open box because the local store didnt have anything (lots of displays, nothing in a box) . Had to get two of these due to the shipping damage. You see OTC Microwaves damaged as open boxes in the stores all of the time. Apparnerly they get damaged before they get to the stores too. Anyway, this is a good basic unit, replacing a 10 year old Samsung basic unit and it works well. The door fit and finish is not too great, but not so much so that I wanted to remove it and get yet another one.:(

My six-year old over the range microwave died and had to be replaced. Decided to stick w/ Samsung so it would fit in my kitchen. The new one fit right in with no problem.

Good quality. Easy to use. My only complaint is that the touchscreen buttons are noisy

Does what is expected. Only issue is why is the beeper so loud? Don't need to hear it from another level of the house.

Had issues with a previous model, purchased this one and has worked great. It does not make any noise and the fan is not to overpowering when it kicks on!!!

Working good so far. Great price! Really like the stainless steel finish. Fits perfectly under the cabinet.

Not to fancy and perfect for reheating food and making popcorn. The defrost works well too. Strong and heats quickly.

Looks nice, functions well. However, frequently when finished heating an item, when we shut the door, it starts again. Can NOT locate a reason for this in the online manual, and a paper manual was not left here at installation. And now, it is past warranty replacement period. If anyone can advise on this issue, please do. Thanks. Aside from that one problem, it's a very nice microwave.

Replaced a 10 year-old Samsung microwave. It fit the original mounting bracket so that was a plus. The quality of this is marginal - the "Samsung" logo was crooked, and the handle is cheap plastsic instead of stainless steel like older versions. It does work well so other than cheap appearance, it is a good price.
