Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Since we were getting our kitchen re-done, we picked it up in December 2020 so that it would be ready for installation for our kitchen remodel in March. The microwave was installed in our kitchen on March 8, 2021. Once the microwave was installed, we tried to heat up some food and the noise coming from it was so loud and so obnoxious that it sounded like it was about to go out. We bought a small counter microwave for the basement for half the price and it sounds 100% better than this microwave. Due to this noise and the fact that we are on a tight remodel schedule, we will not be able to use this microwave and we had to head out and buy a new one. Unfortunately, we are also outside of the range to return to this microwave to Best Buy so needless to say that this has been a disappointment all around.

If I did not have all new (3 years old) Samsung appliances, I would not have bought this. It should have lasted much longer than 3 years. My old GE appliances lasted over 20 years.

Cant figure out the vent, exchast is super powerful but the suction from the bottom is little to non. Will mess with it when I have more time to.

There is plenty of space for a rack but it is not designed to be able to add a rack. That’s my only disappointment with this product. I am very pleased with it.

Original was Purchased and within a few months of use some buttons started to fail. First the number 5, the number 3 eventually only a few buttons worked. It lost all function including light and fan. It heats well, it’s spacious and nice looking but apparently cheaply made.

Works well, quiet, but smaller than thought.

But the inside is white, and a tad smaller than the microwave we were replacing. This isnt really an issue, and we knew it when we bought it. But it is why Im only giving 4 stars.

With the Samsung I have to press two zero zero AND start. But overall good microwave..

Delivered and installed as scheduled. Functional for my needs n reasonably priced than fancier models. Each cooking presets btn when pressed indicates a code, and the time associated with the code is only reflected when the start btn is pressed... just a little challenging n needs some getting used to, other than that all is good.

The light is very dim, but the vent works well. All in all it’s a good microwave and it looks good in our newly updated kitchen.

The features are a little different and it’s louder but works well. The power is higher than the other models available. Very nice looking.

It is pretty, simple to operate, and does not make much noise. Lighting for range is ample, and fan fairly quiet. It was cheap and looks good, perfect for us.
