It was easy to install- the upper right hing sustained some damage from the crushed box but workes well enough it was not worth unistalling and returning to the store.

First time I ordered this microwave through amazon third party and that didn’t delivered as promissed so I found that Best Buy sells them too. This microwave is very advanced, conventional which means powerful, has a lots of options to warm, defrost, prepare your meal. In my busy life I have little time to cook so this microwave is my saver.

If they don't have in the store you get it online. Westland, Mi Best Buy is the "Best" Best Buy Store. They have the Best General Manager Nathan. He is all about customer service, very friendly and helpful, very knowledgeable of anything in the store. I have a great experience every time I'm in that store. And I've been to all the Best Buys in my area and the Westland store tops them all.
